    Marketing activity without strategy is, to quote a Westlife song, like flying without wings. However, the song fails to mention, that flying without wings is ultimately short-lived and destined to end horribly. Don’t do marketing because you think you “should” be doing marketing.

    In more recent work, I’ve been creating powerful lead generation strategies for a range of professional services and SaaS companies which includes the writing of e-books, checklists, webinars and live events.

    I’ve been heavily involved in managing social media channels for the past eight years since gaining my Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing. In that time, I have learned that content without a strategy is usually more damaging to your business than just doing nothing.
